Our Intergenerational Dance Initiative brings the joy of Magical Tots into care homes and nursing homes. Here, little dancers and older residents share music, movement and laughter, so every session becomes a moment to treasure.
Why We Bring Generations Together
Miss Amy helped launch our Intergenerational Dance Initiative in February 2024.
Nowadays, life is so fast-paced that we sometimes forget to look around us. However, we have so much to learn from those who have experienced it all before. That’s why this beloved programme offers our Magical Tots dancers a unique chance to meet, interact and learn from a much older generation.
In return, our little ones have lots to offer too, brightening up what may be an ordinary day with dancing, joy, music and laughter.

Can residents join in if they have limited mobility?
Of course. Our sessions are gentle and adaptable, so residents can take part seated or standing at their own pace.

We visit care homes and nursing homes across Devon and Cornwall. So simply get in touch to check we can reach you.
Do you bring everything needed?
Yes. Our teacher brings the music, speaker and props, so all you need is a space for everyone to gather.
How often can sessions run?
We’re flexible. For example, you could choose weekly classes, occasional performances or regular joint sessions with our Magical Tots.
